The biggest change in my life has been my physical , at age 10 were obese , but around the age of 13 I got sick because of the great amount of insulin that had blood , from that day has obligadoa me maintain good regime or at least try , eat healthy and at least once a week exercise, the pass too bad at first but eventually you get used and will form an eating habit.
