To have a healthier your body you should get plenty of exercise have a life healthy eat a variety of foods between vegetables and fruits also drink lots of water and not spend much time watching tv locked that hurts your eyes and have a time during the day for recreation, you avoid the stress or pain to the head that usually have a good breakfast is essential for all this activity.

To keep´healthy, I think that the better way is be happy and smile everyday.
The second important thing is laugh and enjoy each time if you can.
The third thing is on your minds, because the mind power is the best way to overcome ilness.

But,if I need something more concrete, you can drink water, walk, eat good food and try challenges to your brain.
