Have you ever felt terribly tired and sleepy after having lunch?, Do you feel the strong need to crawl into your bed?, or Do you just take a minute, drink a coffee and get ready to keep on your activities?
Is having a nap good or bad for you? For me it's awful, every time I have a nap I get sick. How about you?

Personally I take a nap just when I'm too sleepy, 'cause after I can't sleep well at night. Actually I've heard that snaps are not good. But if it helps another people to rest and be awake for a new days... it's ok.

For me from monday to thursday naps are bad bacause if I sleep in the afternoon or after lunch I get insomnia at night and I rather sleeping at night to have energy in the school. On friday naps are goods because I don't go to school next day! =D

I think that the naps are a little bit great, for example, in my case, prefer sleep in the afternoon, because I arrive tired of the school and dont't have problems for sleep in the night.
But there are persons that can not sleep in the afternoon because they suffer insomnia in the night.
So my opinion in that naps are very good! (for me) :)

For me a nap is very good because it is always refreshing, it also helps in the well-known case of hangover. To recharge energy, for stress, and to repair the body in general a nap is OK.

Personally I a take a nap only on Fridays, since I left school early.
For my naps are good to relax and tired body.
But they are bad in the sense that the dream affects some people at night giving him insomnia.

But I think it's better fall asleep early and rest.Because many times we take naps may complicate sleep at night and cause insomnia..
